The morning was spent making snow flakes and decorating the window with them. We then decided to take H to see Santa. We have been watching Elmo and Santa movies to become familiar with the Christmas Spirit. We talked and talked about going to see Santa and what a nice guy he is. We even practiced what we would say (ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas, and that we wanted toys and books). All three of us waited in line for an hour the entire time H saying see Santa. Our turn comes for H to sit next to Santa and we have a typical reaction--TEARS!!! I think the entire store heard us. Sound familiar to anyone? Hopefully next year will be better!
