YIKES!

It's been awhile, hasn't it!?

Where to start.

Deer hunting didn't go well...didn't see much other than the 2nd weekend, Saturday am. I had a spike buck walk by, and umm...I missed a doe. Pulled trigger and gun away from deer...bad idea.

Then what...

Basketball has started. It's been fun. A group of good student-athletes to work with.

We've played three games to this point, and we're 0-2-1. We tied the first game with a local rival, lost the next game by 2, and were obliterated in the third, 58-13.

It's no fun when part of your goal is to score in the game...

We've still got a long way to go, but everyone is improving...that's the name of the game, right?

Thanksgiving
It was fun to be with family, and hang out with friends later that weekend. I am very thankful for the family and friends that we've surrounded ourselves with.

Basement finished?

I think it is...still have to move some things downstairs, i.e. the computer I'm typing on. This room will become the nursery, and a computer won't go well in that room!

Closet doors are in, but there are still things on the list to do...the aforementioned computer, hanging pictures, and the entertainment center, which is being built for us and needs to be installed.
